We supply Beef, Lamb, Pork and Cooked Meats from our factory in West Dublin to Dublin finest hotels and restaurants.
We buy in full carcasse from a small farm abbatoir in Castledermot, South Leinster.
- We age the beef in our aging room
- We cure the pork to make our own hams
- We cook our hams in our cooking facility
- We salt our own silversides to make salted beef
- We smoke our own beef and pork to make great smoked racks of pork and smoked brisket of beef
We make hand made sausages and speciality items such as haggis. We make a variety to preservative free burgers and a very special “steak hash”. We sell wild Wicklow venison and can source other game animal and birds when in season.

Local Irish farmers are key to our sustainable supply chain
We buy beef from small family farmers who might rear up to 50-200 cattle a year. Compared to factory farmers who might rear up to 20,000. These small family farms are usually located within a few miles from the abattoir. This is low impact beef, beef that gives maximum benefit to the local economy and minimal impact on the environment.
Buying beef that is reared in this manner and paying the extra price needed to sustain this husbandry we are helping to keep these rural businesses profitable while receiving the best quality possible.
Our service is consistent
Everyday service is at the forefront of our objectives. Consistent quality and service is key to delivering a top class product to our customers. We have three vans on the road six days a week servicing the Dublin area with next day delivery. For our customers who operate outside of Dublin we use the courier company DPD who will deliver before noon the next day.
