Turkey Burgers & Meatballs!

Whether you are looking to bulk in the gym, slim down after Christmas or simply looking for a healthy alternative …  Turkey Mince is an excellent addition to your diet!

Turkey Mince is lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than other minced meat … and just because it is does not mean that it lacks in flavor!

It can be a substitute meat in virtually all family favorite recipes and here are two which are as easy as they come!

Turkey Burger

 Ingredients

  • 2 spray cooking spray
  • 2 pound uncooked minced turkey
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped small
  • 2 large egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Lightly combine the turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Form into 8 small or 4 large burger patties
  • Fry on a pan with a little oil or grill
  • Great served in a bread bun with some salad!

Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 25 min
EASY!
Serves 5

Follow the ingredients above …

Instructions:

  • Lightly combine the turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Form into 12 small round meat balls
  • Bake in the oven for 20 min or until the center is cooked
  • Cook Spaghetti Pasta as directed on the packet
  • Heat a pot of Tomato Spaghetti Sauce and add the MeatBalls!
