Turkey Burgers & Meatballs!

Turkey Mince is lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than other minced meat … and just because it is does not mean that it lacks in flavor!
It can be a substitute meat in virtually all family favorite recipes and here are two which are as easy as they come!

Turkey Burgers!

EASY!
Ingredients
- 2 spray cooking spray
- 2 pound uncooked minced turkey
- 1 medium red onion, chopped small
- 2 large egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 clove garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Lightly combine the turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into 8 small or 4 large burger patties
- Fry on a pan with a little oil or grill
- Great served in a bread bun with some salad!
Turkey MeatBalls!
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 25 min

Follow the ingredients above …
Instructions:
- Lightly combine the turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into 12 small round meat balls
- Bake in the oven for 20 min or until the center is cooked
- Cook Spaghetti Pasta as directed on the packet
- Heat a pot of Tomato Spaghetti Sauce and add the MeatBalls!
