Oven Baked Pork Chops
Pork and Apples are a fantastic combination… and this recipe is very forgiving so whatever sort of apples you have to hand will do!
Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- Olive Oil
- Rosemary
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Parsnips
- 8 Potatoes
- 4 Garlic
- 4 Apples
- Salt and Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180degrees
- In a bowl hand a lug of olive oil, the chops, Lemon Juice, garlic and rosemary to marinate for as long as you have or even just until you have
- Peel and cut lengthwise the Parsnips and Potatoes
- Core and quarter the apples
- Find a good sized baking tray and add all the ingredients together and pour over enough marinade to generously coat the vegetables
- Bake for 45min-1hour depending on how thick the chops are cut
