At McLoughlins, we have been cooking deli meats since the 1960’s and the process is one which we are proud to say has not changed.
What is special about our deli meats is that we see the meat from raw to finished product all under one roof.
A contributing factor to our method is that we do not rush the process. The cooking is done in our EU approved cooking facility where the meat is cooked to perfection over night at a low heat to ensure flavour retention.
Our hams are not tumbled, we marinated our beef before cooking, salt our beef to make corned beef and cold smoke the corned beef to make pastrami… in short it is as good as you would make yourself!
